Application
This unit involves the skills and knowledge required to control traffic as a pilot vehicle operator. It includes applying control procedures, coordinating traffic, maintaining effective communication, maintaining equipment using prescribed traffic control stop/slow bats and communicating effectively with persons involved. Work involves applying basic principles, routine procedures and regulatory requirements to control traffic as a pilot vehicle operator. Work is performed independently with minimum supervision. No licensing, legislative or certification requirements apply to this unit at the time of publication. |
